Case Processor/Administrator

Your life as a Case Handler 

With support from your Manager you will be responsible for ensuring clients applications and supporting documentation is input on the relevant system in a timely fashion. You will have a keen eye for detail, love learning new skills and get a buzz from ensuring tasks are managed efficiently.
What you'll do
• Assess incoming work.
• Process cases received from financial advisors
• Follow up calls where necessary whilst managing customer expectations effectively.
• Identify and escalate priority issues.
• Identify marginal gains opportunities and communicate to Line Manager.
• To adhere to company policies at all times.
• Any other duties as assigned by your Line Manager.

Who we're looking for

We're searching for a versatile person who gets what great customer service looks like and has what it takes to deliver it, as well as:
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent data entry and typing skills
• Managing multiple strands of activities
• Responding to queries and simple problem solving.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Time management and prioritization.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Experience of working to tight deadlines.
